Prima Network Co., Ltd. Prima Network Co., Ltd. was found by Ms Nitima Roungsuk who was working for freight & insurance company. However the first determination was to provide better services in customs formality to client. As an Operation Director for freight & insurance company, specifically for high value shipment in gems & jewelry industries, she has encountered many problems that caused difficulties to client's account department in term of tax revenue department for their tax refund.

The customs formality service has it period for eight month before client requested Prima Network Co., Ltd. To provide freight & insurance for their convenient as they are pleased with our competitive customs formality service in both rates and document for accounting department. Prima Network had been in contact with many insurance companies with a presentation of One Stop Shopping, services for freight, insurance and customs formality in one shipment. As well as studies insurance company policy since November 1999. We have came to an agreement with an insurance on February 2000. Our freight & insurance services launched on February 10th 2000. Our existing clients are in both Silom and Gemopolis area.

Prima Network Co., Ltd. established in March 1999. The company registered its capital of Baht 1,000,000 with 100% paid capital.

Management
Ms. Nitima Roungsuk is a shareholder as well as Managing Director for Prima Network Co., Ltd. Ms. Nitima is very experience on freight and insurance business and its related business partner i.e. airlines and freight industries. She has direct experiences with airlines and travel business, therefore these are enable her to manage work flow and foresee problems in order to avoid any incident before it arises.
